The project comprises of a high end mixed use development in the heart of the capital city of Amman in Jordan.

The lower two floors consist of a shopping mall, health club & spa, restaurants, etc., while upper 10 floors consist of residential suits.

The design concept is based on free-flowing geometrical forms, used as a signature for terraces & balconies and giving the facade, a unique character.

We took utmost care to handle the complicated topography of the site as it slopes spirally from one end to the other. This constraint was treated as a blessing in disguise by creating two entrances at two separate levels, one for the residences and another for the shopping mall.
