400-Bedded GNCTD Hospital,

Sarita Vihar (Delhi)

400-Bedded Mother & Child Hospital in the capital city, with state of the art medical facilities, being promoted and developed by PWD (Health), Govt. of Delhi

KPF (Affordable) Housing,

Vidarbha (Maharastra)

A 230-acre affordable housing in Vidarbha region of Maharashtra, comprising of independent units with 1 & 2 BHK units and a host of facilities like the Community Center, School, Commercial Center & Health Clinic. The scheme endorses an innovative approach towards designing low cost housings, wherein the quality and variety of open public spaces is at the core. Multiple unit types, staggering at successive levels gives each of them a private terrace, without increasing the overall cost.

The Solar Accord (Prototype)

Awarded for innovation & creativity by the Ministry of Road Transport & Highways (Govt. of India) in 2017, the project is a solar powered Toll Plaza Prototype on 8 to 32 lane highways across the country.

ADLC (Ladies Club), Abu Dhabi (U.A.E.)

The Club is a collection of various leisure activities for the ladies and offers a variety of facilities like the cafeteria, health club, gymnasium and SPA, a restaurant and V.I.P. lounges, etc. Built in 2 phases, it houses an auditorium, a cafeteria and lounge bar, a ballroom for 1000 people, an exhibition center and a training school. It offers a state of the art exhibition gallery, a workshop and a training center for the ladies and children.

Dr. B. R. Ambedkar University, Delhi

Multi-Storied Staff & Faculty Housing at Dr. B. R. Ambedkar University (Dheerpur) Campus comprising of 6 towers and a V.C. Bungalow that eventually shall become the tallest residential building in Delhi. These consisit of various unit types from 2 to 4 BHK and servant room as per the GPRA Norms.
